The patient underwent a series of procedures including orthodontic treatment. After the splint therapy, a trial version of restoration was prepared (mock up). Upon acceptance, the final full-ceramic work was made on natural teeth and implants.
The treatment began with deprogramming and implant placement. During the healing period, the patient used temporary bridges designed based on the deprogrammed bite. Full-ceramic crowns were made to improve the shape and alignment of the front teeth. The temporary bridges were replaced with individual aesthetic connectors and restorations on natural teeth.
The patient came to the clinic to improve the aesthetics of his smile. An additional issue was the absence of a permanent left lateral incisor. A Digital Smile Design (DSD) project was carried out, and a prosthetic work was made to match the smile and face.
