The patient came to the clinic to improve the aesthetics of his smile. An additional issue was the absence of a permanent left lateral incisor. A Digital Smile Design (DSD) project was carried out, and a prosthetic work was made to match the smile and face.
Implant supported crown with indyvidual, aesthetic abutment. Clinical condition on the day of cementing the crown.
The treatment started with endodontic treatment and implant placement. New crowns were made with a shape tailored to the smile and face.
The treatment began with the removal of the old bridge and evaluation of the abutment teeth. Abutments unsuitable for prosthetic reconstruction were removed, and the upper arch was temporarily secured with a temporary bridge. A new full-ceramic bridge was made for the upper section, and full-ceramic veneers were made for the lower section.
To begin with, the teeth were whitened using the Philips Zoom method. In the next stage, six CEREC veneers were made, designed using the digital smile creator DSDApp.
