The treatment began with deprogramming and implant placement. During the healing period, the patient used temporary bridges designed based on the deprogrammed bite. Full-ceramic crowns were made to improve the shape and alignment of the front teeth. The temporary bridges were replaced with individual aesthetic connectors and restorations on natural teeth.

The patient came to the clinic to improve the aesthetics of his smile. An additional issue was the absence of a permanent left lateral incisor. A Digital Smile Design (DSD) project was carried out, and a prosthetic work was made to match the smile and face.

The treatment began with the removal of the old bridge and evaluation of the abutment teeth. Abutments unsuitable for prosthetic reconstruction were removed, and the upper arch was temporarily secured with a temporary bridge. A new full-ceramic bridge was made for the upper section, and full-ceramic veneers were made for the lower section.
